For instance, if a calendar has already been given to a client, the next time opt for something different like a pen stand. But always ensure that the gift needs to be both functional and classy.

A substandard gift reflects poorly on the company, so you must never overlook this important factor. However, you should also keep your expenditure in mind. Your budget should not be exceeded simply because you ended up buying an expensive gift. This generates high anticipations and may hamper future relations with the customer.
