The first step in planning travel health is to decide on one of the surgeons in hip replacement and with a telephone consultation with your surgeon. A full discussion of his case should occur, including information on prostethetics, duration of procedure, pre-surgical instructions and complete details of what to expect during the recovery period. After the surgeon has reviewed the history itself and passed the medical travel for surgery, the next step is to meet a medical travel coordinator that will simplify the tedious tasks of organizing travel, accommodation and any additional expenses or accommodations necessary for the trip.
The Travel Coordinator must provide an itinerary that includes a detailed timetable, travel information, important phone numbers and other pertinent details. All transportation will be provided on arrival, so treatment can begin as soon as possible. A good company to organize the routes for all travel companions travel, too.
