Step 1: Make sure you’re eating only 2-3 times a day, neither more nor less. Statistics show that most overweight people eat more than 6 times a day. The worst thing you can do. Eat well, but only 3 times a day max.

Step 2: Make sure that consumption of antioxidants, while you’re there. Antioxidants help to rid of all fattening foods from your stomach quickly and easily, not allowing time for the stomach to absorb the fat.
