We hear almost daily about some new fad diet that will help you lose 60 pounds in 7 days. But not work! And even so, your body is not designed to lose much weight so quickly. This kind of roller coaster is unhealthy and unsustainable, both for the health of your body and organs.

The commercial tries to sell this makes you think you want are diets that work, but simply are not. What they do is reduce your calorie intake to the point that they literally starve the body thinner.

That sounds like healthy diets that work? I hope not. Without eating good meals every day, the metabolism of your body that are expelled synchronization and slow. It is the opposite of what you want if your goal is weight loss. Slow metabolism, weight loss low. The reason the body does this because it’s getting the message that ‘food is scarce. And the calories you consume, they will be stored in the body work is to avoid starvation. You must obtain a minimum of 1,200 calories per day. This is a minimum. Less than nothing and you put your health at risk.
